The take away from all these announcements for the new Droid Phone from Verizon is that developers will create Apps for either the iPhone OS, the Droid or the Blackberry, there is no insentive to develope for other platforms, i.e Windows Mobile, Symbian or Palm.

George: exactly, that's the take away. Driod and iPhone will dominate the personal phone market, Blackberry will dominate business, there's no room for anyone else unless you can easily port your App acrros platforms.
